The display always show a welcome note like shown. Even if the PC is off.

As you see, it's possible to change the message displayed and customize it for your needs, using iMon VFD Control Panel software.

This software allows you to select what to display on the LCD. You can choose among the following:
- spectrum analizer,
- OS informations,
- multimedia files informations,
- email alerts,
- international news (english only),
- weather news or other data from external plug-ins.

An "Auto" function is available too: all the info above (or only some of them: you choose!) are showed in sequence. While playing a multimedia file (music, films, pictures) display shows file name and progress bar. ID3 tag informations are showed if playing a MP3 file.
