Stando a quanto riportato dal noto sito web Guru3D.com, il rilascio delle prossime librerire grafiche Microsoft DirectX 9.1, dovrebbe portare beneifici considerevoli sulle prestazioni delle schede video nVidia GeForce FZ.
Questo è quanto riportato suGuru3D.com:
Indeed of major source (increasingly deeper) and especially sour, microsoft would be with the assistance of nVidia, the goods named, about to leave a new version impossible to circumvent Direct X 9. And I give it to you into thousand it will act of Direct X 9.1. Which is the sensational one in that will require of me? Quite simply how this new grinding of DX, will take better account of specificities of the GPU of nVidia, especially with regard to the pixels shaders 2.0! Accompanied by an adequate update of the detonnators, the expected performances would be with the height of the hopes of unconditional of the Californian company. Thus the performances in DX9 (randomly HL² included) would be finally with the height of competition in term of quality (one approached them already lately) and especially in term of speed. And the Whole in mode of precision 32 bits on the floating ones in the PS2.0 please Mister!
A better management of the instructions PS 2.0 says us one (management improved of the streaming of the instructions). In short, of the good to come one promises to us. To quantify, that could go up to 60% of profit. A percentage which seems confusing, but we will not be able to judge before seeing say them left in real life. I do not hide you only if that had suddenly occurred exactly as announced, that would constitute an enormous relief for all the purchasers of GeForce FX, and a certain reversal of situation who will not fail to spice the period of the festivals who prepares as of today!
From a major news source, Microsoft is, with the assistance of nVidia, about to release a new version of the great and essencial DirectX 9. And it will be Direct X 9.1. What's so amazing about this? Well, this new DX will favour nVidia's CPU's, especially regarding the pixels shaders 2.0. When accompanied by a regular update, the expected performances would be with the height of the unconditionnal hopes of the californian company. The perfomances in DX9 (for example HL2) would then be similar to those of the competition in terms of quality and especially in terms of speed. And all in precision mode of 32 bit in the PS 2.0.
Maybe a better management of the instructions of the PS 2.0 (improvement management of the streaming instructions ). To quantify, that could go to 60% of profit. A percentage that seems confusing and amazing but that we can't verify before it is released. All that we can say is if that is going to occur exactly as annouced, it will be an enormous relief for all the purchasers of GeForce FX.
